This Labret has many scripted options with an easy to use menu accessed by just clicking or typing /2 dice menu
The item is modify so you can customize if you like, however beware that, even tho I kept customizability in mind, the script works as is and some things may cause the script to not work as intended, so make sure you have a backup copy or two :)
Comes with 3 versions for whichever attach spot you have free, chin, mouth, nose. (Labret appears on the lower lip for all versions)
