Some systems like Progenies forbid the use of a npv (non physical vehicle) when fighting.
Nevertheless some players cheat and sit on invisible and hard to detect npv.
This small hud will tell you if somebody is sitting on an object (the npv), the name of the object and its creator.
Wear the hud, click it and choose your target in the menu.
