There is no such thing as an applier for the updated Jomo V4 Werewolf avatars, and this "applier" does NOT include the textures for this mod. I have repeatedly contacted the creator, both when they've been online and offline, and I have received nothing from them. You must have a license from Jomo to use any type of interactive applier - otherwise, you must have mod experience to use them. THIS CREATOR TOOK THE LINDEN AND IGNORED ME. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The mods look beautiful, but in the end, all you get is disappointment and literally the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing.
