There is no limits. Make your own set by changing the ID in the description of the object.
the hud must be rezed to modify the description,
then taken back in your inventory.
No distance between Controller or Hud with Light in the same Sim.
Then better to have your Own ID if your neighbour have this light :)
If the last character of the ID is a number, the color of the marker is changed automatically. Useful , right ? :)

Follow the command of MST or Controller or Hud with the same ID in the object description.
Use it for minimal lag.

Command the other lights ( SLV or MST) when sync is activated.

the Hud is full perm. You can share it, if you need.
/ Access - 4 digits Pin Code modified by owner only.
/ Radius - Light distance from 2.00m to 20.00m
/ Speed - Rotation speed of the light from 1 to 10.
/ Color - 7 light colors
/ Fix - Stop Rainbow or Random
/ Rainbow and random - Work with .Master or Controller;
work with Hud if you are on the sim only.
/ Sync (Master) . desactivate it if you don't want the light follow the commands of other MST or Controller or Hud.
