Megaprim for 1/4 Sim soft moving ocean glow to put at edge of sim mod and copy (no transfer)
you can modify path cut and texture transparency etc ...

Looks absolutely nothing like the picture.
I have my graphics in ultra..on a good pc. Looks like a big circle with no glow..not even "turquoise" to me. If I could attach a picture, I sure would.
