Rezz: Place rezz box approximately where you want the building. Click, rezz, and move box while in edit to put the building where it needs to be by moving the rezzer box. When in correct position. Click rezzer=='Save.' Then the rezzer can be taken or deleted.
If you need more detailed instructions, just right click rezz box ..edit...contents and view the notecard "rez-faux instructions for buyers" by clicking it.
