• REFUNDS
All purchases are no exchange or refund because all Altamura items are NO TRANS.

• DUPLICATE PURCHASES
They will be refunded, please send a copy of BOTH transactions to Rumegusc Altamura via Notecard.
We only grant refunds if you can provide us with your transaction history. It is not possible to consider a fullbody avatar and the head of the same avatar as a double purchase, because they are different products.
