This forehead tattoo was VERY vague on its description but since it said it would work on Catwa I gave it a try. Using the Catwa Applier it applies the top half of the tat to the Hair Lower Layer on the Catwa Master hud and it applies the bottom half of the tat to the Blush Upper layer. No matter what you do or how you rearrange the upper and lower layers the tat comes out super FADED on the bottom. See gyazo photo below.
Using the Omega Applier it comes out the same way as stated above but also RIPS OFF ALL YOUR MAKEUP. And yes, I tried the Omega with the many choices to apply the tat, such as apply as makeup, eyeshadow, hair base, blush and so forth. It's the most useless and confounded Applier I've ever used. Now does it work with Classic System Avatars, I have no idea. Waste of L's, good thing it was only 99L. Gurrrrrrrrrr
