4-Story Contemporary Stucco Home Office Club Gallery Hangout Bar Retail Shop Store Salon Restaurant Showroom Workshop -- made specifically for my students on the Master Builder's Course. You can use this in the Ashram Annex for your workshop and showroom, and select a living space area for yourself as well.
This is an easy walk-through. There's not a shred of mesh or sculpties anywhere around, unless you yourself put it in there in the form of furnishings.
Me, I'd simply put single-prim items up for sale around the place, maybe put my workshop in the attic, possibly add a kitchen and dining space.
Come to think of it, what about a combination restaurant, performance venue, showroom-gallery and living space? It'd be easy, and there's plenty of room for all that and more in this spacious and gracious living/working space just for you.
I'd recommend turning the bottom floor into kitchen & restaurant, bathrooms, all utility stuff. Front room could be set up as gallery/eating space. Back room could be kitchen.
Second floor could be workshops, showrooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, you name it, you got it.
Third floor could be bedrooms or private areas.
Attic (fourth floor) could be workshop, bedroom, playroom, home theater, hangout, club, whatever. Most folks won't typically walk in, they'll teleport in, so it really doesn't matter what goes where.
