ASI-VoxPro Screen
**********************************************
These SciFi screens make great advertisement boards, or use as a TV. desktops, screens in a command center, malls, etc.
***Commands***
The following commands will set related screen textures:
/1login
/1standby
/1welcome
/1email
/1cmd
/1feed1
/1feed2
/1feed3
/1specan
/1target
/1com
/1exc
The long banner style screens have the additional commands for proper aspect ratio screen textures:
/1bannerstandby
/1bannerwelcome
You can remove and add a slight transparency to make some textures look more holographic with the commands:
/1alpha
/1noalpha
You can apply a UUID with the command:
/1texture:########-####-####-####-############
With ########-####-####-####-############ being your textures UUID.
You can change the face color with the command:
/1color:<1.0, 0.50, 0.0>
With the vector being the color of choice, you can copy a color in firestorm by editing a face or object clicking 'Color' and then click 'Copy LSL'.
***Additional Notes***
Avoid dropping the texture directly on the screen as the first layer on the screen is a flicker animation and you will only replace that, the real screen face is behind the first one.
Drop a texture in to my inventory and it will apply the last one present to the screen face.
You can select the second face from the sides if you zoom in close enough and select the very edge with the 'Select Face' option.
If you have extensive alpha glitching (one transparency texture overlapping another at random times) with a default no transparency texture say the command /1noalpha this may solve it.
There are full perm textures labeled as 'Template' provided so you can save them to desktop and add to them then re-upload and redistribute your custom texture as you please.
After you are done and you do not need this script please say /1removescript
This will remove the scripts and save sim performance, the screen animations will still work with the script removed.
Make sure all /1 commands are done within 20 meters of object.
Many variants are provided some one solid mesh with 0.5 land impact (prim count) and some with all the parts cut up in to individual links which have higher land impact. Please note you MUST remove scripts to make full use of 0.5 land impact links else they will take up 1 prim each instead of 0.5
Please contact Dingo Nikolaidis if you have any issues.

Screens are awesome btw, I still use them. <3
I love <3
simply spectacular, a very realistic effect with fuuristic atmosphere, >>> recommended <<<
Simple but fantastic design!
I love these screens. They are absolutely fantastic. I'm currently using a custom-modded bottom-base banner version with my own texture added to plug one of my groups, as well as some top-mount angled-back ones in my home office setting. Note: Remember to add any custom textures to the contents tab, or it won't work. Even says this in the notecard, but might be easily overlooked by some. Glad I read it. Easily moddable (1 piece mesh, easy for resizing). You can even add a notecard/object giver script if you want it to give a notecard and/or object when clicked on. I think my only qualm is that there's no real indication of what the default aspect ratio is for each screen type; I prefer to not allow SL to automatically resize my textures, as it causes a loss in quality, and makes the image look "squished/stretched". That said, an easy work around is to manually measure the aspect ratio using a prim as a visual guide. Takes a bit of work to do so, but it's doable. So no big deal. Also, the custom tintable power light and holo-projection groove is a nice little plus. And the superbly low land impact is even better. Fantastic work.
SCREENS! SO MANY SCREENS!
These Things are GREAT for use with everything and look Great In a Futuristic Engineering workshop/ Lab, Or even for a infirmary setting!
