Mop and bucket cleaning system, so your areas can always be kept clean!
This is not just an animation, or stylish pose ball system, you actually walk around mopping up dirt, that actually gets cleaned up based on where you mop!
Cleaning? but this is Second Life, everything is clean perpetually!
Yes that is true, but to make immersive lived in environments you need some grime! So what's better than actual cleanable dirt!
Contents in the box!
- AT Mop ------------- This is a personal wearable Mop, it is modify so you can change its color, resize it etc.
- Bucket ------------- This is a bucket! with a mop in it (Do you really need more explaination? read below)
- DirtySpawner ----- This is the hud for making a mess!
- TubSink ------------ This is the sink where you replace the water in buckets
Permissions:
All things are Nomod notrans, except the following:
You can modify the included personal mop
You can modify the dirt, dust, blood, etc thats been rezzed from the DirtySpawner
The Mop inside the Bucket's contents is transfer so temp-attachments work on others.
Use the DirtySpawner to spawn some grime that can be cleaned up by either you or your janitor brigade!
The DirtySpawner has two buttons, and quite simple to use! Click the "..." button for menu, here you can pick what you want to spawn, how big the splotches can get, and additional parameters such as color for blood.
Click the button on the left, and it will spawn the mess where your camera is pointing at.
You can enable mouselook clicking mode, then go into mouselook and left click where you want your dirt to be placed.
If all the options arent enough on the DirtySpawner, you can also modify the mess it rezzes!
You can link grime together to reduce prim count, as long as they are the same kind of mess, (blood, scorch, dust, etc)
While it doesn't reduce script count, it will reduce script load, as now one script in the root prim handles all the cleaning process.
(If it really bothers you, you can also remove the scripts in linked dirt. Select the linked abomination, right click it, click edit, checkbox out edit linked parts, unselect the root prim, go to Build>Scripts>Remove Scripts from Selection, and done. Just don't unlink it again, or else you will have alot of uncleanable grime!)
Rez out a Bucket, and place a sink somewhere next to a wall, like in a broom closet or something!
Every Bucket has a Mop in it.
Click the Bucket to carry it and move it around places. Click the Bucket again to put it down. Anyone can move buckets if they are close enough to reach it! (Click interaction distance ~5m)
Click the mop to grab it (when not carrying the bucket) and it will temp-attach to you! Anyone can grab a mop if they are close enough to reach it same click distance!
Once you have a mop, go into mouselook, point at a surface you want to clean, and hold down mouse button to mop!
To clean the mop, look at the bucket in mouselook, and click!
These instructions are also said on chat when grabbing a mop, so anyone knows how to use it! (if they know how to read chat!)
One feature that isn't mentioned is "AutoMop" which is a sort of disability feature. It's for people who cant keep holding down the mouse button for prolonged periods. You can enable AutoMop by pressing Left and Right (or A and D) at the same time, while holding the mouse button. AutoMop will engage, and it will continue mopping where you were looking to last. You can get out of Mouselook, chat, or look around, even move, while mopping. The trajectory of mopping will remain the same where you were looking, when engaging the AutoMop.
Mops get dirty, the more mess you clean up!
If your mop gets too dirtyy, it will start regurgitating all that mess, painting a "nice" picture where you wouldn't want it! "STAHP! YOU ARE MAKING AN EVEN BIGGER MESS!"
Get that mop cleaned by looking at a bucket, and clicking!
Oh wait, Buckets get dirty too! That water is very unsafe and contaminated! As the bucket's water gets dirtier, it becomes less efficient at cleaning your mop, eventually the mop will be just as dirty as it was, and aspire to be Picasso! You probably don't want that, so you want to get rid of that dirty water in the bucket and fill it with new.
Grab the bucket, carry it to the Sink!
Click the sink to refresh the water in the bucket!
Thats much better, clean water! Don't drink it from the bucket, you had grime there just a moment ago!
Watch out! Buckets can spill!
Be careful not to kick the bucket! (No really, you don't want to)
If a bucket is tipped over, (or placed on an uneven surface) it can spill it's nasty contents all over your floors!
Have fun cleaning!
It is a surprisingly fun group activity! (Oh god, did he just tricked us into doing chores in SL?)

This is a very well made product. It allows you to make someone clean the dirt you spread around. Or if you want to clean yourself of course it works too. It makes various kind of dirt, very cool. It has high quality anims and all the interaction is very realistic. 5 Stars!
Easy to use one of a kind.
its like a game in its own right. easy to set up. gives added depth to any RP scene. just had a massive war? well give every one a bloody red mess to look forward to after!
could see a lot of slave RP making use of this too haha!
