A classic 90s themed CRT Television set for your retro entertainment needs. Comes with remote control!

This mesh model is Materials enabled, (specular map, and normal map) it behaves with lighting realistically, and requires advanced lighting to be enabled for best looks

Light sources will cause glare on the TV screen, this is made possible with materials, it is an effect most old TVs at the time had, as anti-glare screens became cheaper, this wasnt an issue later on. If it annoys you, simply reduce the shine on the TV screen with the viewer's editing tools.

The TV is scripted to play youtube videos with Shared Media functionality of the viewer

Simple usage:

~ Rez TV by dragging it out from your inventory
~ Click the TV, and on the text box that appears on your viewer UI, enter a YouTube Video url, then press submit
~ If you have Shared Media autoplay disabled, click the TV screen to play the media
~ Watch your videos in SL
~ If you want to turn it off, Click the TV, and on the text box type in "none" without quotes then press submit, or click on the green light at the bottom of the TV

Everyone who wants to watch the TV and does not have shared media autoplay enabled, or by any other reason the video does not appear on the TV screen, has to click the TV screen so the media loads

The TV Remote is unscripted, it is for display purposes, or it can be attached but it will not do anything, other than look pretty in your hand!

Advanced Usage:

TV comes with modify permissions, so you can resize it or even remove the shine from the screen, in case the glare effect annoys you while watching TV! (How cool that would be in RL huh?)

The TV cannot be linked with other builds because of the projector light prim in it
