ATC AetherDrake Cape Marking Version 1.0

This is a simple marking layer designed to give the dragon an option to have a colored back, and tailtop. Careful attention has been given to ensure that the seam is more or less invisible, so this should be as simple as adding and coloring!

This comes with an option for a solid cape, as well as a 'dusted' cape, both of which aim to increase the customizability of your dragons!
