[ATC] Dwarf Dragon Wing Stripes

BOM stripes for the outer edges of the [ATC] Dwarf Dragon's wings. There is one layer for the upper side of the wings and one layer for the lower side of the wings so you can recolor and / or wear them separately.

Each marking comes in a basic white texture (shown) and can be tinted any color.
