This is intended as an RP prop.
If you want to use more than one book but keep each book using a different page, you'll need to choose the page for your first book via the HUD, then click the book object itself to EDIT, be sure "Edit Linked" is checked & click the book upper right page, you should see the mesh frame of the book hilighted, then go into that objects contents tab & delete the script-- this will make that book the page you selected ONLY. The HUD will no longer work for this book, which means you're ready to rez & do the same for the next one.
Examples: 1 book is on the balance sheet for a book-keeper, 1 book is on the guest book page with all the signatures for an Inn keeper.. 1 book with the apothecary/herbalist page for the healer,... etc.
If you do not remove the script form the books while they are all rezzed on the same parcel or region, using the HUD will change the texture for ALL BOOKS rezzed at that time.
Copy versions of the AVsitter scripts for adjusting & the helper sticks have been left inside the object for easy customizing to fit your avatar's size or play setting.

The "with props" version has the quill & cups to drink from included in them & if you have AVsitter experience by CodeViolet in your land experiences they will attach automatically. This is the version to use if you're swapping the props with those of your own for permanent use. See notecard for help.
The one that doesn't say it has props, has no props but has all the same animations. This was included for those who may have their own they'd rather just attach & detach at will.
There are 20 different page set options on the HUD for the book, see pictures for reference of what that includes.
Backstory

This is the first of a handful of animated "Anywhere" props I'm making because I couldn't really find anything like it on the marketplace. For this book, it was inspired by a few RP sets which have various book-keeping or reading/referencing & note taking while standing at a counter of some kind, so I whipped this together & because when working there's usually some drinking of some kind, I also included Male/Big avatar animations for that as well as Female/smaller avatar animations for leaning on the counter & drinking with the book at your avatar's back.
Someone Savy with the AVsitter or good at understanding my instructions will totally be able to relocate those lean-n-drink animations to another location beside or otherwise near the book if preferred, & that was 100% on purpose.
It was with the desire of versatility that I included a 20 texture HUD with 20 different page sets to choose from, though certainly current geared toward the playgrounds of the SSCRPG network, I made sure to include the staples like the guest book, ledger, apothecary page, etc.
I WILL be making a sexy version of this with some select standing, wall, counter, and maybe some floor animations. Check back for related products!
