It's not explicitly mentioned in the listing, but it also comes with BOM nose layers in pink, black, and white for you to slap on top of any skins you might be using, as well as a fullperm version of the nose texture for you to download and mess with.
The mesh itself does come for both long and short versions of the Haru head. The no nostril version is a nice flat shape with no meshed-in details (see screenshot below) that can unlock the head's use for a variety of species, and the fluff is definitely versatile as well.
