Drag to your box and the black hover text appears automatically, same as the object name. Change the name of the object and the hover text changes too. Typing animation, letter by letter appears constantly on top of the object.

Still has an issue
I can confirm 7 years later after the first review, there is still a continuous typer. I suppose this isn't an issue if you like that effect, but too bad it was never updated, would be a great script, but a dud for me.
Caution!
Caution! This script does copy the object name and places it in hover text above the object. However, there is a typing animation within the hover text that plays CONTINUOUSLY; not just when making changes to the object name. Unfortunately that doesn't work for me. When I contacted the author/seller of this script, she said she was busy with other projects and suggested I play around with it myself. No refund.
