Instructions:
Drop the main rez box exactly in the center of your land (that must be at least 1/4 sim with 5000 prims)
Click on it: the whole house will rez
Important:
If your land is 1/4 sim, If you don’t drop the rez box exactly in the center of your land, they house will not rez properly.
In the case your land is a full sim, half sim or even an homestead, you can also not drop the box exactly in the middle.
Sometimes can happen, depending on the kind of parcel, that the elevator and its glass pipe must be reset as scripts in order to work properly so, in that case, just open the edit tools, select the glass pipe, reset scripts, then do the same with the elevator itself and is done.

These builds are not just 'a flashy big expensive house', they are pure architecture. Every prim is as if its scaled from a real build, this is why you see a high count on prims but its totally worth it. You just cant get the same edge of effect with simple prim builds even with ultra high rez textures. This is about realism, composition, architecture. I use this as my glorious SL home and club, every visitor loves this house... even have 5 people living in it with me :D which speaks for itself, people want to live in this house.
I bought the unfurnished because i invested so much already in my own furniture. Having viewed the fully furnished on sim i cant help but recommend it for ease of use, all the items are well placed/perfect textures and form the rooms with excellent composition. Worth spending some time on their sim or if you cant get to their land/shop just IM me and i show you this house (mines is modded for more bedrooms and does not truly represent the purchase build).
speaking of editing and things, you'll never need bother putting up your wallpaper and changing wall colors, the lighting system through the build sets each space off with minimal fuss. Every view looking out from inside is wonderful many people love the 360 views from the glass bedroom tower, watch sunset and sunrise from same room....
