Abington - Boathouse

Inspired from a boathouse existing along a lake at Abington (Pennsylvanie); this boathouse has a foot print of 22.78 m x 21.20 m in SL (mainly because of the large terrace around)
A power boat (that is not included) can easily be moored inside. The gate opens by clicking on it.
The patio is a nice place to discuss a route, to tell sea stories or to exchange gossips.
Fishing gears and ship's apparel can be stored there.
This boathouse has a land impact of 26
This house is sold full perm so you may change or use any part of it.
