The pictures don't really do this guy justice - He's named for his color scheme and this beautiful, resort style home is a dreamy getaway.
This luxuriously modern structure is 36 x 52 meters of furnished living space. This mesh home incorporates lush features that are as lovely to look at as the home is to live in. Texture changing, wooden floors accent the sleek collection of modern furnishings & decor found in every room. There is an open concept living and dining area elegantly separated and warmed by a fireplace. There is a spacious restroom full of realistic, daily life animations and charming accessories. The Bedroom features not only a couples bed, for spending quiet evenings at home with that special someone, but also a sitting area, vanity table, rich-white decor & an elevated patio that blends into the outdoor landscape.

Buyer Beware
There are 3 sculpted prims you will need to make regular prims (1) the base prim under the house which you don't need at all (2) the square border around the house then (3) the inside of that border. If you don't make these regular prims you'll be walking several meters above the floor everywhere you walk inside that square border.
Everything is oversized for some reason. The bathroom sink looked like it could be a bathtub and the bathtub could be a small swimming pool. Four dining chairs totaled 56 prims. 0.0
There were a lot of outdated things and unnecessary sculpted prims that made this entire house prim heavy. I gutted the whole inside of the house and bought a new bedroom, bath and living room. The total amount of prims for all that was less then the 4 dining room chairs totaled.
With the help from my friend we're making it worth living in. We've classified this has a over priced fixer upper.
I sent a notecard to both support personnel which went unanswered as how to fix the floating walk. Luckily I had a friend that saw what was causing it and knew how to fix it. This review is a heads up is all if you're considering buying it. Expect to do a bit of unlinking and rebuilding before moving in. This was a learning experience to remember.
