Very nice and unique adobe! Fits a 512 parcel of land easily. If you are looking for a really unique, beautiful little home, you need look no further!
Furnish with your furniture, but no need to struggle with landscaping because very nice "extras" are included with this home. There's a bench that has two animated seating positions, and a fountain with animated flowing water and the nice, cool, sound of flowing water to keep you refreshed. Also there are decorating cacti.
The adobe including the three vines comes to 14 LI, (10 if you remove the vines). The landscaping extras add up to an additional12 LI at normal size
