Updated:
2024/11 - No need to, as applicable, type "resident" as second name, and also, notecard reading feedback.
Description:
Introducing the "Advanced Bumper," the next generation proximity-based bumper system. This bumper goes beyond being a mere collision detector; Now, with separate notecards for friends and enemies, it identifies avatars within a specific range and reacts differently based on your relationship with them. For friends, it emits a welcoming sound and friendly particles. For enemies, it sends out a warning sound and unwelcome particles. For strangers, it has a default interaction, that is more subtle. All of these are customizable. The bumper now reads the list of friends and enemies automatically upon save.
Commands:
bumper_reset: Resets the Advanced Bumper, this action is also performed upon wearing.
Notes:
* Requires maintenance of notecards, "a_list_of_friends" and "a_list_of_enemies", inside the "advanced_bumper" object.
* Able to replace any of the content for friends, enemies, and strangers.
* Backup the script in the same folder beforehand if you'r going to fiddle with it.
* This is a moderate product due to nature of graphics skull for enemies.
