You can modify it to your wishes (as long as you make sure to keep the script in the last prim you link to the group you want to build your mailbox from). Or, of course make sure to have the script in the single 1 prim if you decide to use a mailbox of only one prim (like the metal mailbox wich is on the stone pillar for instance)..
How to use?
......... Simple ...... just rez it.
1 it will promtly change its name to Your Name's Mailbox
2 It will display a small hovertext saying "Your Name's Mailbox
3 If someone else touches your mailbox it will suggest the avatar to leave you a notecard in your mailbox
4 If someone else is dropping in a notecard in your mailbox you will immediately be notified on IM. The hovertext will add "new mail" below Your name's Mailbox. The hovertext never gets bigger than this.
5 If you touch the mailbox, it will open a dialog menu if you have new (unread) mail.
- - you can choose your unread mail one by one from the menu where it will show the ( beginning ) of the notecards names. The slected Notecard will be sent to your notecards-folder and deleted from your mailbox.
- - you can choose in the menu to receive all mail at once. The mailbox will give you a new folder called "New Mail" with all notecards in it and all notecards will be deleted from the mailbox.
6 The mailbox will not accept anything but notecards.
