Advertisement Server
Installation method:
step 1) Please put both of the server and the receiver.
step 2) It's connected automatically.
step 3) Please take the receiver.
step 4) Please send the receiver to customer.
Usage:
A floating text and a texture are renewed automatically every 1 minute.
Not cards, land marks and objects are sent to the customer when the receiver is clicked.

Well, i kept 1 star for the very brief instructions :)
It's pretty simple: Drop a texture and an item (I tested it with a NC) into the server (edit/content tab).
The receiver will update withi a minute and display the texture. You get the NC by clicking it.
Click the server to add a hovertext to the receiver.
