Aedifex Grunge Tunnel LOW POLY COPY MODIFY NO TRANSFER WITH TEXTURE

For me it is essential that if it is the entrance to a tunnel, it can be accessed through it. Otherwise, it has no meaning other than decorative. If it is used it must be in Phantom, which increases at least in another prim. I think that a warning should be given that phantom should be used. I don't say so, the money I paid for it says so. I've used this in several builds. Mod, so you can stretch it. This increases the land Impact, but not by much. Don't forget to make it Phantom if you wish to pass through it! In my opinin the best value simple tunnel on the market for Land Impact and modifiability!
