Build is 55 prims & as mod copy permissions so if you wanted this on land you can remove the island base also add your own textures.

Build is no transfer.

64 metre square foot print.

Aprox 80 metres high from bottom tip of island to highist point of roof.

Without island it is aprox 50x50x15
