Aeon by Dynamic Evolution. This completely original creation was created with modern and contemporary design concepts in mind. Great build but no materials.
I don't want to be too negative because it's a very well made building. But the listing specifically mentions normal and specular maps and the building has none of those. Instead it's all flat, fullbright textures. So I feel a bit cheated.
That said, I'm only knocking one star off because pretty much everything else is great. It's copy and mod, which means I can disable the fullbright, add my own lighting, and try to fix the missing materials. It even includes the sign textures even for customizing.
Even better, if you like proper scale like I do, you can shrink the building to be in scale for human sized avatars and it reduces the land impact to around 50, about half of what it's advertised as.
So I do recommend it, just know what you're getting.

I adore all these buildings! I have bought them all including the subway station! Thank you so much for not doing the super brown textures most of these other stores are doing with mesh cause with these lighter textures you can edit the colors pretty nicely! I am building my entire sim based off the look and feel of these stores thank you so much and make MORE! <333
