I've been looking for a decent chibi avatar for a while, and this one scratches that itch!
This avatar is highly modifiable and pretty easy to use right out of the box. All UVs required for editing are included. There's a lot of work involved with texturing the individual parts attached to the head though, but those can be unlinked. I wouldn't recommend this avatar to someone without modding experience!
Only downside is that there aren't any clothes for this avatar, so you will need to rely on your own BOM creations. It's not too daunting, but some parts of the avatar require extra attention depending on what you're doing.
