A gaping wound for your left pec.
You can darken it via your Colour & Alpha HUD to suit your skin tone. The tat as it is is perfect for light skin but you can darken it for personal preference.
Just use the greyscale buttons on your colour & alpha HUD to darken until it suits your skin.

The Applier HUD comes with an add/remove option.
