This man was once a doctor of some sort. Whether a future Nobel prize winner, or just a schmuck using his degree to get laid, he is now no longer even fully human. Some disease, either magical or mundane has affected him, causing him to hunger for human flesh.
Unlike most other NPCs I sell, this version is unscripted to do anything, so its price is lowered. However, this should mean the scripts won't be interfering with the rights of it. So hopefully, this is copy/mod. IF IT IS NOT COPY/MOD: send me a Notecard and I will give you the proper version.
