This is a kit to build a basement.
It is meant to go underground and terraforming will be needed unless your home is on a platform
It comes with 4 examples that you can modify and also all the pieces to make your own including scripted doors and light
Example sizes & land impact
15x6.5 = 10
15x7.5 = 11
15x6.5 side room = 12
15x9.5 side room = 13
All separate pieces are 1 LI each except for the light (3) and the bulkhead (3)
Link everything together after build to lower land impact.

bought this and was delighted that it had examples of what can be done, but the parts of the kit are labeled really well for me to be able to really go all out and build the crazy basement of my dreams!

the only problem you should upgrade it to make sure the door can have security lock system for outside not to come inside when someone busy inside
Exactly What I Needed!
I was able to use the preset units but all the pieces are there to build to whatever you need.
