A small home with a small garden area and matching garden shed, working fireplace/chimney, open/close shutters and many secrets. Surrounded by a fence with texture change menu.The home is unfurnished but you do get a few basic items to start with. And a lot of extras.

Around the yard youll find various flowers, bushes and a small tree. there is plenty of room left to add your own flowers/plants

Home and couch have neutral white/gray wood texture so you can tint the pieces any color you want.
If you arent sure how to tint faces, there is a notecard with easy instructions.

The fireplace and the chimney is a link set, you can remove it and there is a window behind it.

A lone gardener could live here, but so couldnt a couple. Or if you have a big enough land you could use the whole thing as just a garden house. or a guest house.
