A small unfurnished fancy 1 bedroom home with a pool. Approx 25X33. Can be used for a single avatar or a couple. First floor isnt completely "open" and can be made into 3 rooms. Entrance way and opposite room have high ceilings and high windows.
A nice set of glass stairs lead up to the 2nd floor where you will find a small but elegant bathroom area, plenty of room for a bedroom and a nice outside balcony. Upstairs bedroom also looks over the lower floor.
Back of the house has a pool with splashing material water and on/off pool water sounds, and an animated lounger. Also has a nice tropical planter and a fenced in deck. Stairs in the back lead up to the roof where you can have a fancy party. there is also a nice balcony up there.
