Everything you need to begin your new life in the wilderness.
A multi level ground, A small cabin, a shed, a small forest, a small pond and a scripted mailbox.

The cabin and the shed are unfurnished.

Cabin is one room, with a support beam in the center. Surrounded by a fence with a gate to enter the forest.
It has a scripted mailbox outside your friends can drop notecards in it.

Shed is 1 room and has a small patio. Fence in the back and the side.

There are 3 levels to the land And some of the ancient ruins are still there.

There is a campfie in the forest where you can roast marshmallows, and literally stuff your face with them and i cried loling when making the animation.

The pond water has on/off pond sounds
The lily pads have on/off peeper souns
Slowly rotating pond weeds

There are 2 sets of butterflies
A deer family
A raccoon with on/off sound
A gray squirrel

A giant tree, medium tree and small tree.
Various shrubery and bushes.
A small forest and grass.
Estate lamps with moths.

Items are between 1 and 16 land impact
Total is = 124

Once rezzed you can move things around or copy/delete.
Some rezzed items are linked, which you can unlink.

The land itself is 32x32 but the big tree hangs over a bit. can easily be moved somewhere else or not used

Best if you rez it in world to see.
