Perfect fit on our sim! It looks great and doesn't like lag u out. For us it was another piece of a build/look we wanted.
This builder makes some nice looking stuff.

I believe these buildings in the series are amazing. They are low impact and look amazing. There is space to fill in or rent out. 10/10!
