Every city needs a place for their mentally unstable and criminally insane... this creepy asylum perfect! It is an old brick building with multiple entrances that fits seamlessly into the industrial part of any city. It is falling into disrepair with papers strewn about the disheveled office and reception area. Rusting jail-like bars separate the patient rooms from the rest of the run-down facility... some with the doors torn off the hinges.

This carefully designed build features vintage wallpaper with excellent shading throughout. The entire asylum can be customized any way you want, as it is completely mod/copy... so you can add or delete parts and re-texture at will. There is a washroom and a inaccessible, 3-D nurses station/medication counter. Insanity prevails as the end of the corridor features an 'endless hallway'.

The second floor of this psychiatric ward is a huge loft space that can be fitted to be anything that you desire. It is a space big enough for more patient rooms or an experimental treatment facility for lobotomies, electroshock therapy or worse.

This old style brick building could be easily 'converted' to be a jailhouse or detention center.
