He is one piece of mesh with an integrated skin, so texture seams are concealed and there is no need to purchase a separate skin. He also has real toes!
Wear Alex J. Rigged Mesh Avatar 1.3 with the Invisible Avatar to reveal the mesh avatar. Non mesh prim and sculpty items, such as hair and jewelry, will still be seen. Or, you can wear Alex J. Rigged Mesh Avatar 1.3, matching standard avatar skin and alternate Invisible Avatars to reveal parts of your standard avatar and clothing with parts of the mesh avatar. Please note that there will be some seam visibility between the standard avatar and mesh avatar body parts.
Use the HUD to control the Mesh Avatar upper and lower visibility and also to prevent skin "poke thru". "Poke thru" occurs with some animations at joint locations such as shoulders and elbows. You can use the HUD to change skin visibility each time you change clothes, or you can create outfits with different copies of your mesh avatar. You can then set different visibility for each outfit, and avoid changing the visibility each time you change outfits.
Rigged mesh items can not be resized nor repositioned, but they are influenced by some shape sliders. Body fat, package size, breast size, butt size, belly size, muscles, love handles and saddle bags shape sliders do NOT influence rigged mesh items. All length sliders, body thickness, hip and shoulder width shape sliders DO influence rigged mesh items.
A script is included with this Avatar which will allow for future automatic updates.
