Keep in mind ,you can't resize a rigged mesh ,Modifiable mean you can re texture or/and unlink parts (only with the full vertion)

bad texture no way to tell if the non demo is good.
Demo looks no where near what the pic is. Not sure if you just nerfed the texture on the demo or not. Can not make a decision on such a poorly textured demo.
