Cheap Looking but very smooth to ride
No, it's not modifiable (as advertised) and it is cheap looking, but for $L20 it's a nice bike for when you just want to ride without worrying about constantly changing gears (especially when going up hills). It's a nice cruising bike.

Wrong permissions stated
I bought this because it was shown as having Modify and Copy perms.
But it only has Copy perms and is not Modifiable even after rezzing it.
