Firstly wear the object called 'Enhanced HandBag v1.0' - this attaches to the left hand.
To arm the weapon you may either:
type /5arm in chat
or hit the F9 button to engage the gesture
To make the weapon safe again
type /5safe in chat
or hit the F10 button to engage the gesture
Using the enhancement
The weapon has a +30 strength enhancement that is activated by
typing /5scharge in main chat
or hit the F11 button to engage the gesture
This buff lasts for 30 seconds with a 60 second cooldown, and will cancel if the handbag is detached or made safe
