This little beauty comes either mostly empty or you can click the rezzer and pick and choose what furnishings you want to have rezz. You can partially furnish or FULLY furnish. Simi Empty it comes to 112 LI and if you rez out all the furniture and decor it comes out to 185 LI total. This is great for singles or a couple. It has 104 single animations and 69 cuddles. THIS IS A PG BUILD. I use nothing but the best in my builds.
