Use:
Wear the tattoo
Wear one eye piercing
Wear /but with the ADD option) the other eye piercing
Wear the single piercing
Adjust with normal EDIT TOOLS of SL the position of the piercing
NOTE: I give the piercings out of face about one inch, to avoid the item get hidden into head in some shapes depending its settings.
