You can see on the HUD there are some preset skin colors.
Choose one closest to your skin.
You can move the target in the right of the HUD to find a closer match if required.

To input RGB numbers
Click customize color, you will be promted in chat with the code.
Useful information below how to find a close match for your skin tone.
Example of how to input RGB for your skin tone : /9 ccrgb <111,58,39>
If you find it difficult to find a close match to your skin tone, try this trick!
Best do this on mid graphics and midday, make sure no shadows fall over the part of your skin you hold the cursor over.
Open Advanced settings on your viewer (Ctrl + Alt + D)
Scroll to UI > Show Color Under Cursor.
