This little cottage was designed to fit nicely on small parcels, or for those who simply want something low land impact and affordable. :D

The cottage has a footprint of 15.74m x 11.44m, and total land impact of 28 (includes the lights).

A number of material surfaces which can be re-colored if you wish.

Features lockable doors, privacy glass on/off, permissions setting- all via control panel menu inside door.

Porch lights feature touch ON / OFF, and also automatic night sensor which can be switched ON / OFF via menu in the lights.
