This texture mod for the EPIA Garrison hat was created to mimic some of the hats seen worn by Anarchists during the Spanish Civil war, and in other Anarchist circles during the 20th century.
Included with this freebie is a texture for the hat, a normal map for the hat, and a specular map for the hat. I suggest for the specular map, that you set it to 100 gloss, 0 environment, and a dark grey for the color.
