I can only say "yes" to this item. It looks just like the ad picture. Each building is modifiable so you can resize or adjust the brightness/darkness as you wish.
This 5 stars-item is a Prim saver & L$ saver.

materials worked great what i wanted to do and the land impact was good to so great work!
Realistic Bldgs
I gave it 4 stars because the buildings are all extremely dark. This would be ok if the windows were lit up like the picture portrays.
Textured wrong
One of the buildings has texture all lopsided... not worth it
Amazing!
Tried many similar stuff, and this one is one of the best for the backdrop/surround.
Low land impact and very versatile. Amazing materials (especially on sunset! When the sun reflects from these - it looks oh-so-great). You can simply stack these together without any eyesore. It is even usable to make walk-able streets (it's not physical tho, so you'll have to block these out with invisible prims if you want to use it that way).
The only wish I have for the creator is.. do more of these!
