The Land Impact as printed on the box (formally Prim Count) is for the building delivered "as is" after deleting the rezz scripts!!!
*** Unlinking (parts of) the building will increase the Land Impact cost!! ***
2.2: Materials Update. Using now normal and specular maps to improve the look of the building.
I added the maps themselves as well, for personal use! (read the enclosed license) so that you can change the effect to your own personal preferences.
(You only see this if you have "advanced lighting" enabled)
