Angel's Creations: IM Tenant Hippo Rent Plug-In
As many HippoRent system owners and users know, Hippo Rent offers no way to automatically
inform a tenant of when their rent time has been extended, by whom, or by how much.
This can be frustrating and time consuming especially if you have a lot of tenants for whom
you would like to increase their time. Then you either must inform each individual tenant manually.
Or it remains a mystery that YOU increased the tenant's rental time.
With the AC IM Tenant HippoRent Plug-In (AC IMT) your tenants will be informed automatically
of rental time increases (or decreases) and related information.
Not only will landlords like the AC IMR, so will tenants. Tenants love the gift of time and
love to know who gave it to them, be it their landlord, a dear friend, or even a special customer.
With the AC IMT tenants can better maintain their own rental records and will know exactly who
to appreciate and thank!

By simply dropping the AC IM Tenant HippoRent Plug-In script into your existing HippoRent boxes the
AC IMT will notify the primary tenant of increases in their rental time when:
* anyone pays their rental box, or
* the landlord or managers use in-world voice commands, or
* the landlord or managers use the hippo rentbox management webpages
The information sent to the tenant includes who increased their rental time, the linden dollars paid,
how many days the increase was for, and of their exact new remaining rental time.
No more need to manually instant message tenants to tell them you have given them rental time!
No more need for tenants to guess who paid their rent, how much was paid, or when their new rent is due!
Also, the AC IMT uses minimal script memory thus helping to reduce lag in Second Life.
