When I put them on, tho, the ears don't seem as pointy as they do in this pic (they kinda remind me of rats a little, to be honest), and they are not really modifiable in the sense of tweaking the color (as it will ruin the integrity of the whole piece: eyes, ears, nose, etc. will all blend into same color & become unrecognizable). However, since I am only wearing them with pajamas, so I doubt anyone will not recognize them as your typical bunny slippers gone berserk, so it's all good. :)

These ended up being a little dark for me since my avatar is already a drow, don't know what I was thinking, lol. However I can't fault the workmanship for that. These are well made, cutesy slippers to go with many grungy outfits for example.
