The product sold is a HUD that will allow you to register your license and download the plugin installer.
The installer comes in two versions (Windows 32 and 64 bits) and will require a working DAZ Studio 4 installation to proceed.
Once installed, you can export your DAZ Studio 4 animations to the SL Native format .anim.
Among the available options you can change the animation speed and select or deselect the head and hands in the list of bones.
This license covers 1 year of updates.
